Unlocking Moment: I have experienced this, so to be honest, there is no need to accept any separate side quest for Temple of the Diadem brother.
I have seen that, It automatically unlocks on the World Map as soon as Free Time begins after winning the battle against Shenlo in the fourth section (The Hopes of Monarchs and of People) of Ye Part 3: Salvation.
Early Key Collection Trick: It is absolutely true that the Temple opens later, but you can collect its 5 Keys of the Diadem as soon as the second section of Part 3 begins.

Sand-Shadow Fort (Nysiades): To be honest, it is absolutely true that the key here opens the Disciple's Chamber, which then houses The Trident and The Godhand classes.
Enno Isle (Danann Sea): I have noticed that this key unlocks the Prophet's Chamber, which is where you find The Avatar and The Eternal classes.

Keep this in mind, getting certification items from chests does not instantly change your character to Divine Class.
Because, you must meet the character's weapon-proficiency requirements and achieve a 100% pass rate for the exam, otherwise the exam will not be unlocked. This is a Harsh truth.
My Pro Advice: Most importantly, don't stress at all. After that, collect all the keys in the second section of Part 3 and then defeat Shenlo.
